Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive
deposit growth, attaining monthly,
quarterly, and annual sales objectives.

Analyze the performance of deposit
mobilization and sales of financial services

Develop and manage deposit portfolio in
line with the bank orientation

Establish clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and
performance metrics; regularly evaluate team and individual performance,
providing constructive feedback and support to enhance results.

Ensure achievements of monthly targets per
products and per segment

Analyze the performance of deposit
mobilization and sales of financial services
3. CUSTOMER
RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
·
Cultivate
customer loyalty and satisfaction by fostering a customer-centric sales
culture.
·
Develop
targeted strategies for client acquisition, retention, and cross-selling
opportunities.
·
Collaborate
with Network, marketing and product teams to design tailored offerings and
promotional campaigns that address customer needs.
·
Assist
/propose clients’ segmentation by needs and concentration
·
Participate to the definition of Bank
strategy for deposit & financial services
·
Assist in
creation and/or update of processes, procedures, guides related to all services
and products under his responsibility.
·
Ensure
existence of appropriate controls and the compliance of the users (permanent
& periodic controls) with all regulation of the country
·
Assist the
Network to define or adapt deposit team for more efficiency
·
Develop tools
& documents to enhance and assist productive staff on their daily
activities
·
Partner with
product teams to conceptualize and launch innovative deposit products that align
with customer preferences and industry trends.
·
Support
/propose product design and in the development of promotional strategy
& campaign
·
Dynamic and periodical review of product
features as regards of the market changes
·
Internal and external feedback on
financial services effectiveness to ensure seamless services
·
Focus group for new product need
/adjustment of existing products
·
Propose /participate to training on
features of new products and any changes in existing products
·
Update procedural tools needed towards
deposit mobilization and financial services
5. REPORTING AND ANALYTICS
·
Oversee
the preparation of comprehensive sales reports, deposit growth analyses, and
forecasting to inform strategic decision-making.
·
Leverage
data-driven insights to refine sales strategies, pinpoint areas for
improvement, and monitor progress toward targets.
·
Present
detailed performance reports to senior management on a monthly, quarterly, and
annual basis, along with actionable recommendations for future initiatives.
Qualifications:
·
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance,
Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or relevant certification is highly
desirable.
·
Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a
sales or deposit growth role within the banking or financial services sectors,
including 3-5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
